Whether you are completely new to the mat\, a seasoned intermediate\, or just looking to stretch out a tight back\, this is a space where you don't have to be perfect - you just have to show up as you are. Our sessions are conducted entirely in English and focus on building a warm\, supportive community. No judgment\, no pressure - just good vibes\, great stretches\, and a chance to meet lovely people here in Switzerland. **What to expect:** * A mix of accessible poses perfect for beginners and intermediates. * Clear\, easy-to-follow guidance. * A friendly chat with fellow members after the session! **How it works & Perks:** * Drop-in Session: CHF 6 per event (pay-as-you-go). * All equipment included in the price! * Community Membership: For just CHF 2.50 a month\, you become an official community member.
