This is your invitation to pause in between the fast pace of everyday life. We blend two practices that share the same purpose: **rest**. We start with **Restorative Yoga**\, a practice focused on deep relaxation. We use props to fully support your body in gentle poses\, held for longer. Then we move into **Yoga Nidra**\, a guided\, meditative practice of conscious rest\, somewhere between waking and sleep.
